- Preparation and printing of payroll checks
- W-2 processing / printing and W-3 recaps
- Deduct and remit child support, wage garnishments, tax liens, and all other required deductions
- Tracking and processing of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Employee Earning Statements
- Payroll journals with department summaries
- Payroll deduction registers, as required
- Detailed listing of tax liabilities on your department summary
- Invoice reporting to include all taxes, fees, and gross wages
- Will pay all payroll tax deposits on your behalf
- Deduct Social Security and Medicare (FICA), federal withholding, and federal unemployment tax (FUTA)
- State unemployment Tax (SUTA) and Local Taxes
